Biography

Kashish embarked on her journey with VIEC over a decade ago, starting as a Visa Manager. Through her unwavering determination and hard work, she swiftly climbed the ranks and was promoted to the position of General Manager – Visas and Admissions. In this role, she assumed responsibility for overseeing visas and admissions across all VIEC branches.

Kashish played a pivotal role in spearheading the entry of Indian students into Canada through VIEC, laying the foundation for their educational opportunities. She also developed an Intra Network system, facilitating effective issue resolution and information sharing among all branches. Additionally, she engaged in liaising with High Commissions and Consulates as part of her profile.

Currently, as Deputy Chief Executive Officer- Asia , Kashish holds a significant position overseeing a substantial portion of the organization’s operations. She is involved in various aspects of the business, including setting financial budgets, addressing HR challenges, contributing to policy-making decisions, and managing visas, admissions, and numerous other responsibilities. Her expertise and efforts contribute to maintaining an efficient and productive work environment at VIEC.
